THE ORIGINS
The business in the fasteners sector began in 1954 within the R.F. CELADA group, which was already successfully operating in the mechanical sector. A key milestone at that time was the exclusive distribution for Italy of the Heli-Coil thread insert.

THE BIRTH
In 1974, CELADA Fasteners was founded. A small step that marked the beginning of a great adventure in the fasteners world.

THE EXPANSION
In 1986, we became PSM CELADA Fasteners. Thanks to a joint venture with PSM International, we strengthened our position in the domestic market and reinforced our international presence.
