ESA FOR THERMOPLASTICS AND THERMOSETS
ESA-LOK is a threaded insert available in closed or open-end versions. Designed to meet the DIN 16903 standard and its variants, this insert meets the needs of anyone who prefers to install the insert during the molding process.
The hexagonal design and deep grooves ensures high levels of performance in tests of both torque-out and pull-out resistance.

The particular geometry of the pin, as shown in the diagram, positions and holds the insert in place prior to molding, thereby inhibiting the outflow of plastic during the process.
