The Heat-Serter HS 1000 manual heat staking machine may be used to produce samples of production parts and is a versatile, cost-effective installation system that enables you to install single or double inserts by way of heat staking. Its range of applications includes inserts and captive screws from M2 to M8. Its features include adjustable depth control, depths of up to 215 mm, temperature control via an LED reader, and a 200-watt cartridge heating tip with incorporated thermocouple. HS 1000 can operate at temperatures ranging from room temperature on up to 500°C, making it suited to the vast majority of applications.
