DESIGN GUIDE
PREPARING THE HOLE
Holes may be punched or drilled, so long as a tolerance of -0.00/+0.1 mm is maintained.
ASSEMBLY
It is essential to always use a punch of the proper size and shape. For best results, we recommend using a press. However, small quantities may be installed manually.
LOAD DIRECTION
Although the joined part may be affixed on either side of the bush, the best results are achieved when fastening is done on the shank side.
NOTE: STANDOFFS (MINIOFF)
When space is not a key concern, you will get better performance using the next size up in terms of the shank.
STANDARD MATERIAL
Mild steel.
STANDARD FINISHES
Natural or clear zinc plating with passivation.
Other materials and finishes available upon request.
