NYLON O-RINGS

NYLTITE is a plastic part produced by way of a patented tubular extrusion process. It is installed beneath the head of any type of screw to achieve self-blocking, hermetic seal that is resistant to vibration.

FUNCTION

During installation, the Nyltite o-ring compresses uniformly at the top of the thread between the screw head and the part.

APPLICATIONS

Nyltite o-rings are used in a wide range of industries, including the aerospace, chemicals, nautical, military, automotive, rail, and electronics industries. It is also particularly suited to the assembly of household appliances, food and beverage machinery, air conditioning, and all types of instrumentation.
