Our US 400 next-generation ultrasonic welder is designed and built for fastening applications in plastic assemblies. This fully digital welder provides all the functionality that was previously only available in high-end welding machines.
Our US 400 generators come complete with backlit displays. Their innovative programming system uses a rotating switch with button to select and confirm. Its low cost makes this welder truly one of a kind.
Technical data
SPECIAL VERSION
Our US 400 generator is also available as an independent module without its metal case. In this way, the generator module may be placed in an electrical control panel with the display located in an accessible location. This version is particularly popular for the ultrasonic welding of small parts in the construction of special machinery.
