Together with Up2You, we support the Val Dogà project: a fishing valley in the Venice Lagoon, located below sea level, where the use of mobile barriers ensures seawater exchange and preserves the biological balance. This process stimulates the growth of algae, which captures CO2 during the summer.
In winter, the algae settle on the seafloor, permanently storing CO2. This annual cycle generates carbon credits based on the amount of CO2 fixed and trapped.
