About us
The company’s experience with fasteners began in 1954 within the successful RF CELADA machinery and engineering group, which was founded in 1938. Business growth led to the creation of CELADA Fasteners in 1975. The quality of the company’s products and their rising success in the marketplace gave rise, in 1986, to PSM CELADA Fasteners, a joint venture with the multinational group PSM International.
