Self-locking Anchor Rivet Bush

MINLOK is an all-metal, miniaturized Anchor Rivet Bush with a self-locking feature. It combines the simplicity and reliability of a standard MINARB with thread-locking capability that meets the BS 4929 standard.

DESIGN GUIDE

PREPARING THE HOLE

Holes may be punched or drilled, so long as they remain within a tolerance range of -0.00/+0.1 mm.

ASSEMBLY

To reduce the footprint on the opposite side of the sheet metal, it is essential to always use a punch of the proper size and shape.
For best results, we recommend using a press. However, small quantities may be installed manually.
To control torque, a lubricant is applied to these bushes and must not be removed.

STANDARD MATERIAL

Mild steel.

STANDARD FINISHES

Clear zinc plating with passivation and special wax.
